London’s most recent answer to hat hire has arrived in the capital ahead of the 2013 summer sporting and social season. The Hat Club, which launches today will be hoping to provide London ladies with an extensive collection of original and stylish hats to hire at affordable prices.

Hand-picked designs from some the top names in millinery including, Gina Foster and Emily London Millinery to up and coming milliners including Juliette Millinery, Bundle MacLaren, Rosie Olivia and Laura Cathcart, The Hat Club are able to advise individuals on the perfect finishing touch to any outfit.

Conveniently situated a 30 second walk from Putney Bridge tube at the Hurlingham Studios, the new service will operate selected opening hours during the week and over the weekend or by appointment. Customers will be able to reserve their hats for upcoming events including, the Investec Derby Festival and Royal Ascot immediately.

Additionally, The Hat Club will be offering customers a pick-up and drop off service at the Investec Derby Festival at the beginning of June along with Royal Ascot.

Davina Mulford of The Hat Club said: “Over the last few years the hat has grown in popularity and the opportunities to wear one have increased. We love the way that a hat can add individuality to an outfit, setting the wearer apart from the crowd. There are some exciting new milliners on the scene with some really creative designs, and more and more high-street outlets are embracing millinery which is encouraging to see. We are very proud of our collection and the milliners we are stocking, from top names to up and coming designers and The Hat Club will give stylish London ladies the opportunity to wear their fantastic designs.”

Rachel Black, whose designs are stocked by The Hat Club commented: ““I think the best thing about The Hat Club is the passion these girls have for hats. You can tell that they really love their headwear and because of this they have selected a great collection of really lovely pieces. Put both of those things together and I have no doubt they’ll be able to help their customers choose the right hats, whatever the occasion.”

Respected milliner Gina Foster added: “I am really excited about the launch of the new Hat Club and wish them every success!”
